Just wanted to say WHAT'S UPPPPPPPPP!!! Seriously, Dec. 23 was the last post! Where have we all been? Are we all busy with our own lives or something? Good grief. Ok. Christmas is over. I just finished my first week of student teaching, starting week 2. . . it's going great. . . . What are YOU doing???

BEST Christmas Gift EVER!
So, I've been dying to share this news with everyone for a few weeks now....as of yesterday (12/1/08), Damon's biological parents relinquished their parental rights and we can adopt Damon in March! BEST CHRISTMAS GIFT EVER!!! I feel bad for them but am EVER so grateful we have him in our lives...it's a bitter sweet feeling. Anyway, just wanted to let ya'll know!!! I also have a question to ask....we're thinking that we're going to change his name but I can't seem to find a name that really strikes me....any suggestion on names?

Can you see your name?!!
I have kept in touch with one of my campers through facebook and I was looking at all of her pics the other day and she was so inspired by me being a counselor (totally kidding) at Oackrest that she was one this summer and I think last summer as well. She is the funniest girl in the world. Her oakcrest name is ROO. Wow how time flies that our campers are now the counselors!! Anyway...Can you see your name on here ANYONE!??!
